Hunan KEOCT Materials Co., Ltd was established in April，2003,it is a national high-tech enterprise specialized in the research and development, production and operation of environment-friendly polymer new materials under the A-share listed company of HAILI GROUP subordinate HUNAN HAILI CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO., LTD.

The company is located in Changsha Economica l& Technological Development Zone, and the leading products include flame-retardant PE core materials for fire proof metal composite panel of building curtain wall ,railway applications,  intelligent electrical apparatus, and new materials for completely biodegradable products and so on.

The company has been granted 19 national patents, including 3 invention patents; Through testing and certification according to more than ten national and regional standards, the proportion of product exports has reached 60%. The fire-resistant metal composite board produced using this patented material in building decoration is widely used in building curtain walls and interior decoration. In 2012, the flame retardant technology research and development center for China's metal composite materials industry was established; In 2016, we became the main drafting unit for two national standards, "Aluminum plastic Composite Panels for Building Curtain Walls" (GB/T17748-2016) and "Aluminum plastic Composite Panels for Ordinary Decoration" (GB/T22412-2016); In 2022, we won the "Science and Technology Innovation Award" and "Excellent Supplier" for the 20th anniversary of  the Chinese metal composite materials industry; In 2024, We earned "Specialized, Refined, Innovative, and Unique Enterprise of Hunan Province" and "Green Supply Chain Enterprise in the China Metal Composite Industry", at present we are building a new industrial research and development production base with an annual output of 50000 tons.
